Dear Dave Galloway Sr.,
When our HOA sent us a notice telling us we had to have our house painted we were not sure if we could afford. And needless to say we were not very happy about it either. We received numerous bids from many different paint companies and didn’t feel comfortable with any of them! Then we received one of your fliers on our front door. We thought “what the heck”, let’s give them a call. You came out to our house at our convenience late in the evening that same day.
You were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with the proposal you gave us. We felt very comfortable that you are a family owned and operated business. And your two sons David Jr. and Mark would be doing the work. They arrived on time and went through the whole contract with us to make sure we were all on the same page. I have to be honest with you: we were skeptical when they told us they would have the whole house prepped and painted in two days. When we came home from work the first day we could not believe how much they had got done. They did everything on the contract and took it upon themselves to replace a coupe of pieces of wood trim around the back door.
The second day, they went over everything they did the day before with us and made sure we were happy with all the prep work before they started to paint. When we arrived home they had the whole house painted and were cleaning up. They had even cleaned up the paint my husband had gotten on the patio concrete when he attempted to do some paint work himself last year. The house looked wonderful! They walked us around the house making sure we were happy with everything. The house looks spectacular now and you should be very proud of your two sons! You really taught them well. We are so happy with the way our house turned out we are now thinking of having you paint the inside of the house as well. When we are ready for you and your super team to come back we will give you a call. Once again thank you so, so much for a job well done.

The house looks better now than it did 12 years ago, when it was new. Your painters put everything back in place & even hosed clean all the cement areas. When your crew left, the exterior grounds of the house were cleaner than when they arrived.

We have two doggie doors so they can roam inside and out as they wish. Both my husband and I told these other painters to NOT let out dogs out. When my husband came home, one of our dogs was down the street because the gate was left open! My husband came home and fired those painters. That weekend we received one of your flyers and called you for a bid. You were on time, precise, professional and did a fabulous job. The other painter wasn’t planning on caulking the stress cracks nor removing our sunscreens. You and your staff went beyond the call of duty and did a remarkable job! The best part is our dogs are alive and well and weren’t let out. For that we have to tell you we will always remember you and recommend you to anyone that needs their house painted.
